We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Online Service through your web browser for your own lawful, personal, or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise seek to obtain the source code of the Software or Online Service;
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Products;
  • Distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Products or your right to use the Products to any third party, except as expressly permitted in writing;
  • Use the Products for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or fraudulent purposes or in a manner that violates third-party rights;

5. User Content / Uploaded Files

  • You remain solely responsible for all PDF files and other content ("User Content") that you upload, process, or create through the Products.
  • By uploading or processing files using the Products, you grant us and our service providers the right to store, process, and use your files as necessary to provide and improve the Products.
  • You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, and process all files and User Content, and that such use does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Files processed via the Online Service may be temporarily stored to facilitate the functionality but are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and do not become our property.

6. Accounts & Registration

  • Some features may require you to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7. Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ICECREAM APPS LTD AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
